Actor and activist Jameela Jamil joined Emma Barnett on Â鶹Éç Radio 4's Woman's Hour and shared why she thinks people are scared to admit when they're wrong online.

She discussed the importance accepting when you’re wrong and admitting mistakes, and explained why she thinks it’s ok to be wrong, as long as you ‘say sorry, do better and carry on’.

Her provocative, sometimes sweary social media posts have resulted in many headlines about her over the years. But now she says she’s re-evaluating how she communicates online to show more ‘grace and empathy’ moving forward.
