Leicester welcomes in the 'Year of the Dragon'
Chinese New Year celebrations are taking place across Leicester this weekend.
The Lunar New Year celebrations welcome in the 'Year of the Dragon' - the only mythical creature among the zodiac animals. Its image has been built through elements of other animals, such as having the body of a snake and the scales of a fish.
The grand finale of the Leicester celebrations is in Town Hall Square on Saturday night, featuring a spectacular firework display.
There'll also be performances of traditional Lion Dancing from Leicester-based dance and martial art troop ITSWA.
Ben and Derek from the group gave a demonstration to 麻豆社 Leicester's Chance Litchfield.
