Gateshead mum Mu Goode honours her lost adult children by living life to the full.

Her daughter died in her early 20s after suffering a pulmonary embolism, then her son died with cancer twenty years later.

She's been working with a local charity, Compassionate Friends, who in turn provide support and friendship to bereaved parents, grandparents and siblings.
