The world's most prestigious film event, the Cannes Film Festival, is underway - and organisers are trying to keep the focus on the films.

The event features world premieres from Francis Ford Coppola with 'Megalopolis' as well as a new film by Yorgos Lanthimos and a depiction of a young Donald Trump in 'The Apprentice' all competing for the Palme D'Or.

But the festival started amidst contoversy over further allegations of misconduct within the French film industry possibly coming to light during the event.
