麻豆社 Talking Movies is celebrating Korean cinema, and this year Korean storytelling has enjoyed more international success, with Celine Song's movie 'Past Lives.'

Canadian director Song, who was born in South Korea, was Oscar-nominated for Best Picture and Best Original Screenplay.

The film, about two childhood sweethearts meeting again as adults, is told in both English and Korean.
