Kerry Godliman: 鈥楾hey鈥檇 be like: Oh, here she goes, she鈥檚 going to go on about her womb'
Actor and comedian Kerry Godliman spoke to Anita Rani on 麻豆社 Radio 4's Woman's Hour about her experiences of sexism as a woman in comedy.
When she started out in stand-up, she says she would consciously avoid talking about 鈥榳omen鈥檚 issues鈥� as audiences would 鈥榮hut down鈥� and the mood would shift if she did.
But now, Kerry is about to embark on her latest tour, Bandwidth, where she鈥檚 tackling everything from the dilemmas of being a middle-aged woman, to parenting teenagers and getting HRT鈥�
She spoke to Anita about how much she feels has changed over the years.
