'I was given flowers after calling my energy company'

73-year-old Alan Wright from Eccleshall says he is still shocked now when he received a surprise after ringing his energy company, Octopus Energy. The call centre operator Marnie sent Alan a bouquet of flowers and a card. Marnie says she felt a small gesture might make a difference.
