Croydon: What's the impact when a library closes?
Research by 麻豆社 London鈥檚 investigation team has found that this year nearly twice as many libraries will close in the capital than in the previous four years combined.
Library users say they鈥檙e a space for local community groups to meet, spaces for clubs to gather, and provide vital internet and technological access to those with few other options.
So, what actually happens to those who depend on libraries when they close?
