Severn Valley Railway: Landslip update
Repairs are officially on track, with the charity having got the go-ahead from insurers to replace the line and pathway between Hampton Loade and Bridgnorth.
The heritage line is still operating between Kidderminster and Hampton Loade, according to managing director Jonathan 'Gus' Dunster, who says the bill to repair the foot of embankment will be over 拢500,000.
He tells Toni McDonald that the charity aims to fully open the line, subject to the British weather, by the school summer holidays.
