Pedro Almodovar, the Oscar winning filmmaker widely seen as Spain鈥檚 greatest living director, recently received the prestigious Chaplin Award from New York's Film At Lincoln Center, one of America鈥檚 top cultural institutions.

While the filmmaker thanked the assembled crowd, he also used the occasion to give a damning critique of President Trump.
