When you're feeling poorly, you may dread trying to get a GP appointment. Nicknamed 'the 8am dash', GP reception phone lines across the country clog up as people try to get same-day appointments.
As the people who answer the calls, reception staff can take the brunt of the frustration, but what does it feel like for them?
