"It was the start of positive change"
Rob Griffiths from Shrewsbury was assessed as autistic and ADHD at 25 and says discovering his neuro identity has been life changing. Rob's childhood and teens were, " very hard. I think the best way to describe it was not fitting the mould. Forever getting into trouble for things I didn't fully understand". He's now changed careers and shares his experience by training others on how to better understand and support neuro-divergent people.
He told his story to Â鶹Éç Radio Shropshire's Paul Shuttleworth.
