Rob Griffiths from Shrewsbury was assessed as autistic and ADHD at 25 and says discovering his neuro identity has been life changing. Rob's childhood and teens were, " very hard. I think the best way to describe it was not fitting the mould. Forever getting into trouble for things I didn't fully understand". He's now changed careers and shares his experience by training others on how to better understand and support neuro-divergent people.   He told his story to Â鶹Éç Radio Shropshire's Paul Shuttleworth.
