England’s Lionesses have lifted the UEFA Women's Euro trophy for the second time in a row, becoming the first English team to win a major tournament on foreign soil.

After their dramatic penalty-shootout victory over Spain, defender Lucy Bronze told Â鶹Éç Sport she had played the entire tournament with a fractured tibia.

Her mum, Diane Bronze joined Clare McDonnell on Â鶹Éç Radio 4's Woman's Hour to talk about her daughters resilience and success, saying this injury was no secret in camp.
