Charlotte Chapman-Hart lives with chiari malformation - type 1 and syringomyelia. She's now speaking out about the experience she had of diagnosis and treatment to change things for others in the future.
A Department of Health and Social Care spokesperson said: 鈥淚t is clear that Ms Chapman-Hart鈥檚 care fell far below acceptable standards.
鈥淥ur UK Rare Diseases Framework aims to improve awareness of rare diseases among health care professionals and help patients get a final diagnosis faster."
