Rearsby primary school reopens after flood damage
Families and local businesses in Rearsby have helped to raise money to replace resources for the village school that was left knee deep in water after the floods last January.
St Michael and All Angels in Rearsby had to undergo a massive programme of refurbishments after the floods, with the children bussed to neighbouring Syston.
The school reopened on Friday with a special event for all those who had helped.
Â鶹Éç Leicester reporter Simon Ward was there, and fundraiser Elin Rosser and Headteacher Neil Bardsley spoke to Â鶹Éç Leicester's Ady Dayman.
