Who am I?

I’m a radio presenter on 麻豆社 Radio Leeds' Monday Night Mixtape.

My show heavily features music of the grime/rap genre and I’ve been given the opportunity to provide a platform for the talent that is within Bradford and also West Yorkshire as a whole.

I’m also known as the “Voice Of Bradford” after I took part of a competition that was curated by 麻豆社 Radio Leeds, which landed me a year's contract working on radio and understanding how a station works.

Bradford 1Xtra is a great way to explore the talent in Bradford and I can’t wait to showcase my city with Kenny Allstar and the 1Xtra audiences.

For years Bradford has had a massive underground scene that has been waiting for the chance to present itself on a major platform, this pop up will do exactly that!

What do I love about Bradford?

The people that live, work and breath the city: they are the true reason why I love doing what I do! Walking through the city you’ll see how diverse and culturally active this place is, it is a true melting pot of so many different backgrounds, which makes way for all types of art forms that are within this amazing place.

This is my home and I wouldn’t change it for anything.
