Paul Rusesabagina, a former hotel manager portrayed as a hero in the Hollywood film Hotel Rwanda, was sentenced to 25 years in 2021 for terrorism by a Rwandan court in what supporters called a sham trial. He was released on Friday night after his sentence was commuted by President Kagame. He is believed to be hosted by Qatari diplomats in Kigali. So what is likely to happen next?
