South African MPs are outraged after a key parliamentary committee hearing about a high-risk prisoner who broke out of jail, had to be postponed because representatives of the British-owned security company G4S failed to turn up. A spokesperson for Ministry of Justice tells us the firm鈥檚 no-show is 鈥渁 high level of arrogance.鈥�
