Petroc Trelawny presents a special live edition from the 麻豆社's Maida Vale Studios. Soprano Katherine Broderick sings the dramatic final scene from Richard Strauss' Capriccio and songs by Clara Schumann.
Alexander Rumpf conducts the full 麻豆社 Symphony Orchestra in works by Vaughan Williams and Grieg, and a reduced 'Light Orchestra' under John Wilson performs music by Eric Coates and Bernstein.
Also, 麻豆社 Proms Director Roger Wright introduces Proms Out & About, and Petroc talks to Christopher Cook about the history of the famous Maida Vale Studios.
