What happens when I arrive at the venue?

Your ticket contains important information to help you plan your visit, including:

  • When to arrive
  • The ticket validation time (where applicable)
  • The recording start time
  • An estimated finish time 

For most shows and events, you'll need to have your ticket validated before entering the studio. If you're aged 18 or over, you'll also need to bring photo ID.
