Chris Lunt the writer and creator of television series Prey, revealed to Richard Bacon that he is writing a script for a new version of the 1960’s spy thriller The Saint, which starred Roger Moore: "I'm doing a reboot of The Saint, just script commissions at the moment, there are not guaranteed at the moment, but yes that’s quite exciting.“ Mr Lunt said he is going to Hollywood with writer Ed Whitmore, who worked on Silent Witness, but it will “have a very British feel” and will be “shot half in the UK and Europe and half globally”. Mr Lunt said the programme is being pitched to UK broadcasters in the next few weeks. This clip is from Richard Bacon show on 29 April.
