The owner of a 90-year-old tortoise amputee, says she "seems a 100 times better" after he attached a small set of wheels to her shell. The pet, known as Mrs T, was left in “quite a state” when a rat got into her hutch and chewed through her front legs. Owner Dale Sinclair-Jones fixed a set of wheels which allow her to “go backwards, forwards and turn around". “She’s eating, she’s getting around, she’s still regularly in contact with the vet but she seems to be doing very, very well,” he added.
