The chair that J.K. Rowling sat on to write the first two Harry Potter books has been sold at auction for $394,000 (£279,000). The seller Gerald Gray is from Manchester and he bought the unassuming oak chair back in 2009 for a mere £20,000. He said he won the auction "by accident" after bidding on the chair in the last five minutes of the online auction. Gerald and his wife will donate 10% of the profit they made to JK Rowling's children's charity. This clip is originally from Phil Williams on Wednesday 6 April 2016.
