Have we fallen out of love with fish and chips? A chippy tea used to be the third most popular dish on pub menus and in hotels, but according to new research it’s dropped to eighth place. Andrew Crook is from the National Federation of Fish Fryers, and owns a fish and chip shop near Preston.
