The bomb attacks in New York and New Jersey could be a trial for a bigger terror event according to a former government defence advisor. Michael Barbero is a retired Lieutenant General, he spent 4 years in Iraq and his most recent job was leading the Department of Defence's response to IED (improvised explosive device) attacks.
