James May, who used to present the TV motoring show Top Gear, says more infrastructure is needed in order for there "to be a massive technical and cultural shift" to electric cars. Mr May, who's now on Grand Tour with Jeremy Clarkson, told Radio 4's World at One programme that currently there are too many technicalities that need sorting out before more people will buy this kind of car.
