Liberia's finance ministry cracks down on coloured hair

Focus on Africa

Available for over a year

Residents and civil servants in Monrovia gave these mixed opinions about the ban. (Picture: Coloured hair extensions for sale in Monrovia. Credit: Jonathan Paye-Layleh)
