Liberia's finance ministry cracks down on coloured hair
Liberia's finance ministry says it will enforce a ban on its employees wearing coloured hair extensions or dying their hair. It's been written into law since 2014 but is only being observed now. Residents and civil servants in Monrovia gave these mixed opinions about the ban.
