Former UFC fighter Phillipe Nover tells us about his switch from the UFC octagon to the intensive care wards of a New York hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. The 36-year-old had a 14 year career as a cardiology nurse and has been working shifts where its urgently needed - in the intensive care wards and as part of the Emergency Care team of one New York hospital, as well as they grapple to try and save lives. Speaking with Âé¶¹Éç Sport's Maz Farookhi, he says he's using his experience, his mentality honed from being in the octagon in this fight now on the medical frontline.
