Zambian banking executive, Mizinga Melu shares the story of how she rose to become a top executive in the banking industry. She has just written a book, Braving the Odds: A Memoir on Perseverance, Finance and Faith, in which she details her rise to the top of the corporate ladder - including her victories and setbacks.
