Angola’s parliament has approved a raft of modifications to the country’s constitution. The original document was introduced in 2010, and this is the first time it’s been altered. Among the new measures include more independence from the government for the country’s central bank, and enshrining the right of Angolans living overseas to participate in elections. Journalist Herculano Coroado tells Esau Williams more. (Photo: The Angolan parliament building in Luanda; Credit: Getty Images)
