Angola amends its constitution for the first time
Angola鈥檚 parliament has approved a raft of modifications to the country鈥檚 constitution. The original document was introduced in 2010, and this is the first time it鈥檚 been altered. Among the new measures include more independence from the government for the country鈥檚 central bank, and enshrining the right of Angolans living overseas to participate in elections. Journalist Herculano Coroado tells Esau Williams more.
