The residents of Sheffield 3 in Shalesmoor, including students and short-term tenants, say summer heat and lack of ventilation have made living conditions 'unbearable'. All windows are fitted with restrictors in line with Health & Safety law and Building Regulations to prevent falls from height, while still allowing adequate airflow"
