The amount of land converted to organic production in Wales is surging ahead, catching up with leading countries in Europe. Some 857 holdings are now in conversion or are already fully organic, compared with 710 in January 2007 - says that's an increase of 22%.

The is looking for an environmentally aware farmer to care for one of Wales' most western farms. Penrhyn Mawr, a 133 acre family farm, is situated near the tip of the Llyn Peninsula and has spectacular views of Aberdaron bay.
