Could you eat just Welsh food for a week - farmers challenge the Rural Affairs minister. We have one suggestion - Naked barley bread from north Wales.

And bread, made from naked barley is back in the shops of Gwynedd for the first time in more than a century. Popty Cae Groes has been baking bread and cakes from its premises on the outskirts of Bethesda for more than a hundred years and has now launched it new artisan bread. And this is a with naked barley being grown in the area. Perhaps the minister might try it in her diet this week?
