The end of a Royal era
After 160 years of a great institution in agriculture it's the last Royal Show at Stoneleigh.
Country Focus - Sunday 12th July at 07.30am and repeated Tuesday evening at 9.30pm... presented by Mel Doel.
The decline of the farming industry was blamed today for the demise of a 160-year-old tradition as the opened its gates for the last time. Melanie Doel visits the showground at Stoneleigh to find out why it's the last show and if there are lessons to be learnt for our very own, .
