The was once an integral part of the industrial revolution but now great swathes lay unused and neglected. but it is coming back to life again thanks to huge investment, lots of help from volunteers and lets face people who just love the canals. Mel Doel finds out how the project is getting along with it's restoration efforts and hears how there's a in May to celebrate the reopening of parts of the canal.
