Are you suffering? Nature Deficit Disorder was a term first coined by Richard Louv in his book "Last Child in the wood" (2005). In it he claims that children are spending less and less time outdoors and as a consquence they're at risk of a wide range of behavioural problems. So are you and your kids getting outside enough, do you appreciate nature enough, and what is it doing for your mental health?
