On May 5th the world's first National Coastal Path will open - from Chepstow right round the shores of Wales to the outskirts of Chester. This week we sample the delights of the Llyn Peninsula and the Mother of Wales - the Isle of Anglesey

The world's first will officially be opened next month.... a continuous stretch of 870 milesright round the shores of Wales. In a special series of a Coastal Country Focus Jane explores different sections of the coastal path and how it's been achieved.

This week's journey begins with a bit of before travelling down the Llyn to meet an amazing for charity.
