Energy for the Future The Â鶹Éç's environment correspondent Richard Black gives an audit of the sources of energy we have exploited; from the deposits of coal and oil, which took millions of years to form, and the crops that take a year to grow, to the sources of uranium and other radioactive materials and the tides that depend on the moon.
He asks the scientists to what extent we can fuel the future with the sources at our disposal. This is the first of a four-part Discovery series, "Fuelling the Future".
