of the permanently appointed members of the Management Board is set out below.

There were no termination payments paid to members of the Management Board on leaving Âé¶¹Éç World Service during the year
(2005 none).
The highest paid member of the Management Board in the year was Nigel Chapman, Director, Âé¶¹Éç World Service. The aggregate of his
emoluments to 31 March 2006 was £217,000 (2005 £228,000). As a member of the Âé¶¹Éç Pension Scheme, Nigel Chapman’s total accrued
annual pension at 31 March 2006 was £83,000 (2005 £74,000).
All 17 of the full-time members of the Management Board have retirement benefits accruing under the Âé¶¹Éç Pension Scheme
(2005 16 members).
