Responsibility for Â鶹Éç World Service is vested in the Â鶹Éç Board of Governors appointed under the Â鶹Éç Royal Charter.
The Governors have clear responsibilities under the Â鶹Éç's Charter to ensure that Â鶹Éç World Service operates responsibly
and follows all applicable regulations and codes of practice. They must satisfy themselves that Â鶹Éç World Service:
+ complies with all legal obligations
+ has an appropriate management structure
+ maintains adequate controls to protect its assets
+ adheres to the Â鶹Éç's own guidelines and codes of practice.
