GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE FOR EVEN MORE MELA PHOTOGALLERIES AND INTERVIEWS FROM PEEL PARK, 2005!

The Â鶹Éç West Yorkshire webteam - along with thousands and thousands of people - were at Peel Park throughout the Bradford Mela (Saturday 18th June - Sunday 19th June 2005), complete with a Â鶹Éç Bus, to get all the latest pics and interviews!

It was an amazing experience - as always! And did you know that Bradford Mela is the biggest of its kind outside of Asia?

There were some really big names appearing over the weekend, including the Talvin Singh Trio, Pakistan's latest 'Pop Sensation' Faakhir, The Mighty Zulu Nation, Banco De Gaia, RDB, DCS and Rizwaan Quawal. The Mela also saw the launch of Bradford The Musical which features local people celebrating their own city in song and dance!

We were there, were YOU!?
