Barrister in Laurence Scammel's chambers.
A determined career woman, Honor has no qualms about using her wealth, status and feminine wiles to propel her slightly older husband forward, at the same time as pursuing her own ambitions.
Her dream is to build an unassailable legal dynasty: she and Laurence as High Court Judges, Laura as a powerful barrister. But her ambition is hampered by jealously of her attractive and increasingly confident daughter, and her growing frustration with Laurence's repeated defeats at the hands of Jack.
