Join the 麻豆社 Symphony Orchestra at Maida Vale Studios for a wonderful programme of Russian and French themed music.

World renowned Russian conductor Alexander Vedernikov conducts the UK premiere of two rarely-heard works by 20th century fellow Russians, Boris Tchaikovsky and Gyorgy Sviridov. Sviridov's suite is from the film score for 1965 Soviet film Time Forward! This is followed by Ravel's oriental fantasy, laden with mystery and desire.

The concert will feature 麻豆社 Radio 3 New Generation Artist, soprano Fatima Said.
