Adam Henson is in Wiltshire with three generations of the Lemon family. Their farm is a large, hi-tech arable operation that’s currently going through a number of changes.

Grandad Peter may be mostly retired, but he still keeps a proud eye on son David and grandson James as they take the reins. While Peter's legacy still shapes the rhythm of the farm, it's James who’s helping to usher in a new era – from regenerative farming methods to the reintroduction of livestock after decades away.
