The TV region - Look North for Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire

Viewers in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire can watch a 'more local' Â鶹Éç Look North fronted by Peter Levy. The programme is broadcast from studios in Hull which were completed in April of 2004 and officially opened in November of the same year.

The region serves at least one and a half million people from Bridlington to King's Lynn from the Â鶹Éç New Media headquarters in Queen's Gardens in Hull.

Since Look North started over three decades ago, it has served an enormous region stretching from Scarborough in the North to the Lancashire border in the West, down to the Peak District and across to the Wash - an area with a population of almost six million people.

How the 'old' Look North region has been split

By making changes to our transmitters, we are now able to provide a more targeted service from a base in Hull for the eastern part of the 'old' service area with news for an audience of at least one and a half million people.

You can watch Look North Lincolnshire & East Yorkshire on your existing television set and through Freeview, cable TV and on Kingston Interactive Television.
