Spicy wedges - from Jill Hinnrichs
Ingredients
2 baking potatoes each cut into 8 long wedges
Cooking oil
Chilli powder mixed with garlic salt/black pepper

Method

  1. Grease a baking tray with oil and scatter the wedges on it.
  2. Take your powder mixture and throw it evenly over the wedges.
  3. Throw on more oil if required.
  4. Bake for 20 - 30 mins in a preheated oven at 375 deg F.
  5. Yummy. Cheaper than chips.
Time - 20-30 minutes
