Ingredients
2 baking potatoes each cut into 8 long wedges
Cooking oil
Chilli powder mixed with garlic salt/black pepper |

Method
- Grease
a baking tray with oil and scatter the wedges on it.
- Take
your powder mixture and throw it evenly over the wedges.
- Throw
on more oil if required.
- Bake
for 20 - 30 mins in a preheated oven at 375 deg F.
- Yummy.
Cheaper than chips.
