Ingredients
2 potatoes
A bit of flour
A beaten egg
Cooking oil to fry
|
|
Method
- Grate
the potatoes.
- Put
in a clean tea towel and squeeze out as much water as you
can.
- Mix
with the beaten egg and if its too runny add some of the
flour.
- Make
into little patties and fry until golden.
